It was not the best day, but certainly a good day to take some pictures. It was early in the day and it had just rained, so there was good overcast with some interesting cloud formation in the background. I took 2TM out of the hangar and wheeled her out on the taxiway facing the sun. The weeds and shrubs were still wet and thus had some pretty good color. I used for these shots a 20mm wide angle Canon. The first shot is somewhat overexposed but I am happy with how it came out. The most difficult aspect shooting airplanes is composition. This may be true for most things, but I find that airplanes have great lines that are deceiving. Sometimes you may be compelled to include the whole airplane within the frame, but in actuality taking shots of certain components of the airplane are just as effective.
